1. Shipping Cost

We offer free worldwide shipping.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We process the package in 2 to 3 business days.
The delivery process then takes around 6 to 10 business days depending on your location.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States: Delivery to all U.S. states and Washington D.C., Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Note: We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • United Kingdom: Delivery to all regions, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Australia: Delivery to all regions, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours on business days.
  • During peak periods, processing may take longer.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please note: tracking updates may take a few days to become available.

5. Delivery Delays or Lost Packages

We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure real-time tracking. However, if delays or loss occur, we will:

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping to receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the package after it arrives, you may request a return.
