1. How to track my order status?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. By clicking the link, you can check the status of your order once it is in transit.

2. Can I make changes to my order?

We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so unfortunately, we can't make changes once an order is placed. Please double-check all details before confirming checkout.

3. How do I return or exchange an item?

If your purchase isn’t working out, we’re happy to accept returns as long as:

  • The item is in original condition (tags attached, no signs of wear).
  • The item is not a clearance sale item.

Note: We don’t offer direct exchanges. Once we receive your return parcel, we’ll issue you an online credit note (no expiry) to purchase anything from our store.

4. The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?

We usually restock pieces from our latest collection within a few weeks. Sign up with your email to be notified of restocks so you won’t miss out next time.

5. I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you change it?

Please contact us immediately with your correct address:

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the shipping label.
  • If your order has already been packed or dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes.
