Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unworn or unused, with all original tags
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g. personalized items or special orders)
- Personal care products (e.g. beauty or hygiene items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
7. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
